Greta Tancred


Greta is a knowledgeable and experienced lawyer who took on the running of our Private Client department in 2010.

She is well known in the Waveney area, having previously worked in a large regional firm before joining Mantins as a partner. Greta advises a broad range of individuals on all aspects of trust and estate planning and deals with the drafting of wills, inheritance tax planning, the administration of estates and applications to the Court of Protection.

She also gives advice concerning the creation and use of powers of attorney. In addition to her legal expertise, Greta is also a qualified translator/interpreter in Dutch, French and English.

She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), Solicitors for the Elderly and the Law Society Private Client Section.
