Katie Mantin


Katie heads up the firm’s Residential and Commercial Property department, which provides a full range of property services. She acts for private individuals and trusts and well as corporate investors and lenders. On every instruction she is acutely aware of the importance to complete in the quickest possible time without compromising on care, attention, service and advice.

Katie frequently deals with highly complex, high profile property matters of considerable value and has been credited with her ability to identify critical issues and take decisive and immediate action. Katie graduated with an honours degree in Law from the University of East Anglia and subsequently obtained a commendation at the College of Law in York.

After qualifying as a solicitor, Katie studied at the University of Cambridge to become a Notary Public. She was admitted as a Notary by the Archbishop of Canterbury in 2008 and now deals with all notarial matters in addition to her work as a solicitor.
